If your are looking for a Doula in the West Midlands, here are a few of the things that might be of interest to you. Below are the packages that I offer and a little bit about how a Doula can  be useful through each stage of pregnancy, birth and after.

How does it work?

Being your Doula means that I am here to support you from the minute you hire me. Once you have decided to hire me, we will schedule a number of sessions to go through all that you need, for expectant parents there are a few things that I stick to but there is plenty of room for us to work through specific areas that you would like more information on. I'm here to offer practical, emotional, and informational support throughout your journey whether you hire be before or after birth. I am contactable via phone/text and email for the duration of our time together.

Prenatal- I can attend appointments with you if you feel you might want someone in your corner, we can work on positions for optimal fetal positioning in pregnancy and labour, or we can work through your fears and conditioning to clear negative thought and associations around birth. I really am led by you.

Postpartum- I am here to make this transitional time gentle on you, whether that is to support you in working through your birth experience, offering feeding support, or preparing nourishing meals for you. I can take care of baby while you wash your hair and get some shut eye, and I am happy to assist with light household jobs while you rest and bond with your baby. We can discuss you're specific needs before each session.
